David G. Glaser has practiced Real Estate Appraisal and performed Consulting Services beginning in 2010. Since completing his primary appraisal education, his essential focus has been the valuation of partial interests, real property rights, condemnation appraisal, subdivision analysis, tax appeals, general fee appraisal, and a variety of consulting services including acquisition and development, market analysis, financing and estate management.
